Successful recital Philip Karmanov in Goirle

On Sunday afternoon, September 29, Philip Karmanov played a recital in the Coffee & Classical series in Cultural Center Jan van Besouw in Goirle, with great public interest, including Sisyphus by Jo Sporck. Karmanov is the winner of the First Tilburg Piano Competition and is on his way to becoming a crowd puller with his phenomenal playing. This was evident again in Goirle, where he was carried away by the great atmosphere and played a few surprising encores. In addition to Sisyphus, the program also included works by Sporck, Chopin, Bach and Rachmaninov.
